We undertake environmental scanning in terms of strategy, business plans, current human resources, rates of turnover and mobility, economy, technology, competition, benchmarking and best practice information, labour markets and government regulations and ensure that Clients have a strategic fit with human capital plans being anchored in the strategic plan.
HR Development.

Our approach is holistic and needs assessments are done at individual, departmental and organisational level and all trainings are evaluated to ensure a return on Investment for the Client.
Performance Management.

We ensure that the corporate strategy resonates and cascades into departmental objectives and individual objectives by crafting performance contracts aligned to the vision and mission.
